Problem

Campus hosts needed a way to list parties, take bookings, and get paid without stitching together chat, payments, and ops tools by hand.

What I built

A Flutter consumer app for iOS and Android — host, book, and get paid.
Stripe Connect marketplace payments with scheduled host payouts.
Real-time chat (Stream) plus custom audio messaging.
Branch deep links and internal manager tooling. Shipped to v1.6.7.
